Sizing Measurements

Measuring For Ski Pants(WEAR SKI BOOTS FOR MORE ACCURATE RESULTS)

  1. The first and most important measurement is the Full Leg Length - This measurement is taken from the floor all the way up to the top of where you would like your waistband to sit/reach.  We find using an everyday measuring-tape the easiest; hook the metal lip beneath the heel of ski boot and pull up past waistline noting where you would like the top of the waistline to sit.   This measurement will determine the size garment you will need to keep the ankle cuffs from riding too high while exerting your full range of motion (Like the full bend of your knees while flying through a bump run).

  2. Our pants have been developed with relatively generous measurements in ratio to the length to help prevent any restriction from the fabric while riding / competing.  Now that you have your size let’s check Waistline measurements, this will help determine whether you would prefer our Original fit line or Slim Fit Waistband line of pants.  The “slim fit waistband” line has the same fit as the Originals from ankles up to pockets, but here at the pockets the “Slim fit waistbands” taper in for a 3” smaller fit around the waist.  When you take this measurement, please just make sure to double check you are smaller than the Maximum number in the waistline range for the size determined in the previous step.  Our pants do have an adjustable Velcro strap in the back of the waistband to help adjust the fit, (However we additionally recommend a sturdy pair of suspenders if you would like to keep the restrictive feeling of a belt out of the equation, for a significantly freer feeling while wearing the garment).

How to Measure for Jackets / Vests

  1. Sleeve Length - It is important to measure your arm from the top of your shoulder down to the center of your palm.  This extra little bit of length added by measuring to the center of your palm will keep the sleeves from riding up your wrist when in a position like your hands reaching above your head.

  2. Chest Width - This is best measured from the edge of one armpit to the other over the widest area of the chest.

  3. Full Length - Measured from the base of the neck down to where you would like the bottom to sit.  This measurement can vary based off preference and body type, but we often aim to cover enough of the butt keep you warmer while sitting in the snow / on the lift.
