 Bleeding Heart Apparel Exchange and Return Policy

If you would like to exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions below. All returns and exchanges must be approved before sending your item. To begin the process, please contact us for approval and further instructions.

Exchange and Return Steps:

  1. Approval: Contact us by filling out the form below to receive approval and initiate the exchange or return process.

  2. Prepare Your Item:

    • Fold the garment neatly to prevent excessive wrinkling.

    • Include a note with your order number and either the size you'd like to exchange for or the reason for the return.

  3. Mail Your Package To:
    Address will be provided once the exchange / return process is initiated

  4. Notification: Once we receive your item, we will notify you and begin processing your exchange or return.

Important Policy Details:

  • Exchanges: We will happily exchange items for a different size if the original does not fit.

  • Custom Orders: Custom items cannot be exchanged or returned; all sales on custom items are final.

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace it. Please contact us through the warranty page.

  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to charge restocking fees for garments returned dirty, with strong odors (deodorant, perfume), covered in pet hair, or damaged in any way that affects resale or requires extra handling.
